The Legacy Scholars program is founded on the belief that given resources and support, all Battle Creek Public and Lakeview School District youth will be successful in graduating from high school and attending college to obtain a college degree or certificate.

We are happy to accept online gifts through the Battle Creek Community Foundation. Please click here to go directly to the BCCF website to make your online gift. Once on the Battle Creek Community Foundation website. Select "Other Fund" in the drop-down menu and then type "LEGACY SCHOLARS" in the designated box.
Support for Legacy Scholars can be made through outright gifts of cash, stock, bonds, real estate or personal property. Ongoing support can also be made through the establishment of an endowment fund in your name, an organization’s name, or in the name of anyone you wish to honor or memorialize, or by including Legacy Scholars in your will. There are tax advantages through the Michigan Community Foundation Tax Credit for donations made though the endowment funds.
Legacy Scholars is a Supporting Organization of the Battle Creek Community Foundation and receives all the benefits of a public charity because of its affiliation with the Battle Creek Community Foundation
